Our truffles are sourced on our doorstep from the truffle heartland of Manjimup — renowned worldwide for producing some of the finest truffles on earth.

An intimate long-table wine dinner hosted by Bruce Dukes of Domaine Naturaliste.
This event is the second instalment of our highly anticipated ‘Showcase Series’ which gives guests the opportunity to mingle and converse with some of the most esteemed wine makers in the Margaret River wine scene, whilst indulging in the best seasonal cuisine our region has to offer.
Guests can expect an experience that is intimate, immersive and totally unique — one that blends the elegance of coastal dining with personal connection, as each pour is guided by the winemaker themselves.

Bruce is one of Margaret River’s most acclaimed winemakers, celebrated for crafting elegant, site-driven wines. With decades of experience and a deep connection to the region, he brings exceptional insight and storytelling to every glass — making him the perfect host for an unforgettable evening.
